<\/a><\/p>\nCataract Falls is a series of Falls along a River in a small state park where there is a covered bridge going over the river.\u00a0\u00a0 The day we were there it looked like they were setting up for a wedding or wedding reception on the bridge. How neat would that be?!\u00a0\u00a0 As I was still tiring out easily we did not walk far but got a feel for the park and may go back one day.\u00a0 There were kayakers at the bottom of one of the falls that must have kayaked from down river.\u00a0 There were lots of families enjoying the park and one amorous middle aged couple who acted like they were just married.\u00a0 Maybe they were!<\/p>\n
We left cataract falls and followed signs to a general store.\u00a0 This store was really off the beaten path, but so worth stopping to see.\u00a0 It was a real old fashion general store run by a very genial man and his wife.\u00a0 They sold everything and the kitchen sink.\u00a0 I found a state scarf from which I am going to make a pillow.\u00a0 And I found this……<\/p>\n TRUMP ALERT!!!!!!!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Oh, yes.<\/p>\n Someone had included a handwritten message….<\/p>\n And several outfits President Trump could wear if he so chose to.<\/p>\n There were several more outfits, but I thought that is as many as some people could endure!<\/p>\n I have a friend who would get a kick out of these.<\/p>\n So, as you know, I had a pacemaker put in and I am slowly getting my energy back.\u00a0\u00a0 So we went to a football game of our oldest grandson’s last night.\u00a0 He was wearing a cast on two fingers, but he played anyway. Their team won handily.\u00a0 I’m not much for football, but I will endure it for my grandsons’ sakes as I like to watch them play sports.<\/p>\n Today we left Indianapolis for home, once again on back roads.\u00a0 It was such a pleasant drive. Much better than on interstate where everyone is in\u00a0 such a hurry.\u00a0 It was\u00a0a perfect Autumn day.\u00a0 Went through little towns and saw some really nice older homes. Glad people are still restoring the old things because once they are gone, they won’t be back.<\/p>\n I have been doing other things besides traveling on backroads. I have been getting back into quilting again.<\/p>\n And knitting socks.<\/p>\n A small quilt and a pair of socks I completed last week. I have some larger projects I am working on that I will show later. I also painted a sign to put in front of our house that I will have to show you next time.<\/p>\n Oh, and here is something that has built its web right by our front door.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
